Acceptance

These terms apply to Chispa, the website and Chispa Plus. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Product purpose

Chispa is an educational and tracking tool. You manually decide when a fast starts and ends. Its phases, milestones and times are informative estimates, not body measurements, diagnosis or treatment.

Age and safe use

Chispa is intended for adults. Do not use it to replace medical instructions or where the safety questionnaire disables the timer. If you experience severe dizziness, fainting, confusion or other concerning symptoms, end the fast and seek appropriate care.

Data and device

The current version works without an account and stores data on your device. You are responsible for protecting the device, checking recorded times and exporting anything you wish to keep before erasing data or uninstalling.

Free service

The timer, safety features, basic journal, export and deletion are part of the free, advertising-free experience. We may adjust how future features are allocated without removing essential safety or access to your local data.

Chispa Plus

Plus is optional and enables the features shown on the purchase screen. The store displays the price, currency, tax, billing period, available trial and recurring value before confirmation. No price or trial is guaranteed outside that screen.

Renewal and cancellation

Unless the store states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the displayed period until cancelled through the relevant App Store or Google Play account. Uninstalling Chispa, erasing its data or no longer using it does not cancel renewal.

Billing and refunds

Apple or Google processes charges and applies its payment, billing, cancellation and refund rules alongside mandatory rights in your territory. Contact the store first for a refund and support if a purchased entitlement does not appear in the app.

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Chispa under these terms. You may not copy, resell, tamper with, bypass controls, extract code except where law permits, or use the brands without permission.

Availability and changes

We may fix errors, update content, adapt compatibility and change or retire features to preserve safety, quality or viability. We will seek to avoid foreseeable data loss and communicate material changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or in every territory.

Liability and mandatory rights

Use Chispa with judgement and verify important information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for medical decisions, external interruptions or loss caused by use contrary to these terms. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Issues and termination

You may stop using Chispa at any time, which does not by itself cancel a subscription. We may restrict a feature in response to abuse, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. Before bringing a claim, you may contact support so we can try to resolve it.
